If you wish to return your order, please email us at concierge@patricks.com.au within 30 days of purchase, stating the reason for the return. If we’re unable to resolve the issue or offer further assistance, a refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods at our office. Please note that the initial shipping costs and processing fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
